• summary: The Everglades Depth Estimation Network (EDEN) is an integrated system of real-time water-level monitoring, ground-elevation data, and water-surface elevation modeling to provide scientists and water managers with current on-line water-depth information for the entire freshwater part of the greater Everglades. Spatially continuous interpolation of water surface across the greater Everglades is generated for daily median values of the water-level gages for the EDEN network. Water-level and water depth surfaces are recorded as elevation in centimeters relative to North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD 88).
